But the more we thought about it, the more we realized something: Skills are easy to learn. Applying them is hard.
So instead of building a curriculum around learning first and doing later, we flipped the entire model. You build on day one. You learn what you need, exactly when you need to deploy it.
Learn Through Solving
Participants won't begin with lectures—they'll begin with problems. Every participant will join a team and work on real challenges within Zuup.
Skills will be taught when they're needed, not months before they're used.
Actualize Empirical Praxis
Once you've developed heuristic competencies, you'll transpose them beyond Zuup. Collaborating with NGOs and community initiatives, cohorts will diagnose systemic friction, synthesize solutions, and execute paradigms.
This isn't performative altruism—it's translating epistemic frameworks into empirical praxis where outcomes hold utility.
Build Something That Is Yours
The final month is where everything comes together. No predefined roadmap. No assignments. No simulations. Use everything you've learned to build something from scratch.
The only requirement is that it didn't exist before.
